2 months!

Colette is sleeping, yay! Nick and I are enjoying every new day with Colette and watching her explore new things. At the end of this week she will be two months old! It seems a bit like time has stood still so I'm having a hard time believing that she's that old and that it's almost Christmas!

We've had a busy week, my dance studio performed The Nutcracker . . . and Colette made her stage debut!

The beautiful young girls holding babies are Lauren Bryner and Emma Engell, two of our advanced dancers. The adorable little boy is Kaili's son Parker, so freaking adorable in his costume!! Gotta love a community where the teacher's babies get to be in the show. Colette was a trooper and hung out with me backstage through the rest of the show. I just strap her into the front back and she happily dozes off to sleep. I certainly didn't do much backstage but it sure feels good to be back in my element and socializing.

And a bit late but still just as important, some pictures from the beautiful baby shower hosted by Katie Kelly and Robin Johnson in Tucson. I'm so happy that I was able to be in Arizona for this and see all my family and friends.

Munchkin has woken up and there's so much more to share! Nick has been extra busy now as the school basketball season has started. This past weekend was also the Homecoming games so Nick spent a lot of time at the gym. Colette and I also made an appearance Friday night and cheered for Daddy on a winning game!

And . . . I think we might have a future swimmer, this little girl LOVES bathtime and really any nakie baby time.
